Return & Exchange Policy

At Karryfly, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The product is not part of a final sale, discount, or promotional offer (unless it arrived damaged or defective).

 


 

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"

  • Products that show signs of wear or damage caused by improper handling

  • Innerwear or intimate garments, due to hygiene reasons

  • Accessories (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)

 


 

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at [Insert Email] with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Attach clear photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

We may arrange a reverse pickup, or you may be asked to ship the item back to our warehouse, depending on your location.

 


 

4. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse Pickup Available: In select PIN codes. We’ll arrange it at no extra charge for exchanges or defective products.

  • Self-shipping: If reverse pickup is not available, you’ll need to ship the product to us. In such cases, we may offer store credit of ₹100 as a shipping reimbursement (on approval).

 


 

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for returns. Exchanges are processed as replacement shipments.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 


 

6. Exchanges

We currently offer size and style exchanges, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you can choose:

  • An alternate product of equal value

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • A full refund (if eligible)

 


 

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ensure a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.
