1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping is not available at this time, but we plan to expand soon.

 

 

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metros and Tier-1 Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: May take up to 8–10 business days depending on courier availability

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

 

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders above ₹999

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 will be applied at checkout.

 

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order using the link provided or by logging in to your account on our website.

 

 

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times. If the package is not received within these attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

 

 

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to our customer care team at [Insert Email] with your order number. We’ll work with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

 

 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged package or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
